Overview
A bird's eye view of all your task's attributes helps users identify tasks and further assign them to the right people ensuring accountability among team members.
User Access
Admins, Managers, Guides, Task Owners, and Contributors can be assigned tasks, view their details, and complete them.
How to navigate Task Cards
A - Task title. Click on it to open the task and make any changes you need.
B - Task status. Click on it to change the status of a task. Options include: Not Started, Working On It, Done, Stuck, or Not Applicable. Along with Not Scheduled/Scheduled for Event Tasks
C - The tasks Responsibility. Options are Internal, Customer, and Third Party.
D - Task Assignment. Hovering over this will show the Assigned individual or if it is Unassigned
E - Flag Icon: Number of Project Action Items List of Project Action Items that have been associated with that task.
F - Chat Icon: Number of Notes left directly on the task.
G - Paper Clip Icon: Number of Attachments added to the task
H - CheckBox Icon: Task Checklist. Number Complete vs Total Number
I - Task Start and Due Date. This represents the current "Start" Date of the task, the date on which it is ready for work to begin on it. The task's "Due" date is when the task needs to be completed not to slow down the progress of the project and increase the project duration, causing it to not be delivered on time.
J - Clock Icon: Appointment task. Easy to tell by the Clock icon. The Start and Due dates will change when the event is scheduled.
K - Clicking on this will send an invitation to others on this task.
L - Task Participants. Participants will be a part of both Event Tasks and Participant Tasks.
M - Milestone Dependency Indicator. Hovering over it will tell you which milestone it is dependent on.
N - Clicking here will allow you to create a new task add-hoc. Task Types of Regular Tasks, Participant Tasks, and Event Tasks.
O - Task Group. Clicking this will allow you to create a task group.
P - People Icon: Participant Task. Easily located by this icon, a Task is used when a group needs to accomplish the same thing or complete a single item together.
Q - Number of Participants who have completed their portion vs those who have not.
R - Task Dependency. When the dependency is set up to a task. Hovering over it will show you which task it is dependent on.
S - Task Group Title. Clicking on this will open the Task Group details
T - Task Group Completion Status
U - Task Minimizing vs Expanding. Clicking on this will either minimize the task card or expand it.
V - Task Call to action. This can be used to Send Participants their participant Assignments. And send Event Task Invitations to the Tasks Participants.
Other attributes on Task Card
i. Dependency options consist of Template dependencies and Task Group Dependencies.
ii. Adding events to your personal, or work calendar. Ie Google Calendar or Outlook.
iii. Task Options: clicking the ellipses will open your task Options menu. Here you will find additional options to quickly get to different sections of your task by clicking on them. Along with duplicating the task, deleting the task, and even Resending the task Assignment email to the tasks Assignee.
Best Practices
Walk your customers through the Task anatomy to easily understand the project plan else enable My Tasks or Compass View for them to just view what's on their plate.
It's easy to distinguish tasks assigned to different users when team members have their profile pictures updated!

You can view this in the project's activity log - you can look at all activity, project activity, task activity, or notes activity. This particular action would show under task activity.
Why are the Send Invitation/Send Participant Assignment buttons greyed out?

The Send Invitation/Send Participant Assignment button becomes clickable once the task dependencies are met, till then it will remain grey.
