Overview
Reviewing critical work before finalizing the delivery of a task ensures quality. Task Sign-Offs help put checks and balances in place. Sign-offs are email notifications sent to a recipient requesting their approval on an action item i.e. approving the completion of a task, confirming that the assets meet the customer's expectations, etc.
User Access
- Admins and Managers can require sign-off at the project and template levels. 
- Guides and Task Owners can require sign-off on tasks only in the projects they are added to. 
How to Toggle on Sign-Off
- Open a task's details 
- Scroll to the bottom of the task details drawer 
- Toggle On/Off "Require Sign Off" as in the picture above 
- Input the name and email of the signer and click 'save'. 
Best Practices
- As the assigned project manager, make sure you capture the signers name and email and enter it in at the task level for each task requiring sign off.
