Regular Tasks are focused in one direction and are assigned to one person. This helps to ensure accountability and provides measurable progress as tasks are marked Done!
User Access
Admins, Managers, Guides, and Task Owners can create regular tasks.
How to Create a Regular Task
Click on "Add Task" under the milestone you'd like to add a task to.
Select "Regular task" in the task creation process
Name your task.
Use the "Task Instructions" box to clearly describe what must be completed for a task to be marked "Done" by the assigned user. These tasks are assigned to one person and don’t involve the participation of any other team members.
Since you’re only writing your task instructions to one person, you can write it like this:
Further customize your task by deciding on dependency, duration, responsibility, visibility, functions, assignee, estimated hours, etc.

Best Practices
Task names should begin with a verb to clearly direct users to the action they'll need to take to complete the task. (Create, Schedule, Sign, Complete, Prepare, Meet, etc.)
Add calendar links, and hyperlinks, and format your task instructions with bold text and bullet points where needed to make for easy reading.

No, currently there is not a way to set a Tasks due date on a Weekend.

Can regular tasks have more than one assignee?
No, regular tasks can only have one assignee. If you need more than one assignee consider using Participant Tasks.
