Only Premium and Enterprise tiers have access to Recipe Builder. Both of those tiers have a limit of 250k tasks per year. This can be monitored in the dashboard section of Recipe Builder.

If you hit your limit, recipes will immediately stop executing. We have alerts to warn us as you approach that threshold, but if a recent spike has pushed you over the edge, please reach out to your customer success manager to have it adjusted. We can make that changes in minutes.
