Overview

The GUIDEcx Connector in Recipe Builder lets you quickly build and use integrations between GUIDEcx and other systems. Instead of configuring each webhook or API Request manually, you can select triggers and actions from a list that already have the data needed to power action ready to be mapped.

The bulk of your recipes will use this connector at least once.

User Access

Only Admins can access and manage Recipe Builder.

Note: If you would like the Recipe Builder enabled, please reach out to your CSM.

FAQ

When Searching for the GUIDEcx connector I see two different options, which one do I select?

Some instances of Recipe Builder will see two GUIDEcx apps when searching for them. Once with GUIDE capitalized and our current Logo and one with CX capitalized and our old logo. The connector with the black background and GUIDE capitalized is the most up-to-date connector and should be selected.

Why do I see two GUIDEcx connectors when searching in the Community Library?

Some instances of Recipe Builder will see two GUIDEcx apps when searching for the GUIDEcx connector. This is because the instance of Recipe Builder was set up before the current version of the connector was created. For all new recipes use the connector with GUIDE capitalized and the logo with the black background.
