Recipe Overview
This recipe triggers when a new Task is added to a GUIDEcx Project, that is not part of the original project creation.
This recipe creates the Task in Salesforce, and if the Milestone is missing from Salesforce, it also creates the Milestone.
Note: Start both this recipe AND the "Bulk Sync GUIDEcx Tasks to Salesforce' recipe (that recipe syncs task updates to Salesforce on a defined schedule, using a batch update). The default rate of syncing from GUIDEcx to Salesforce will be every 15 minutes.

Installing the Recipe
Prerequisites: Salesforce connection in Recipe Builder
Follow the steps outlined in the video below to install the recipe:
Starting the Recipe
From within Recipe Builder, click the 3-dot menu to the right of each of the three recipes and select "Start Recipe".
Recipe Testing
Follow these steps to test the recipe:
Create a New Task on a GUIDEcx that has already Synced with Salesforce. Verify that the Job runs successfully and that the Task has synced to Salesforce.
