How do I submit Product Feedback?

If you have an idea that would enhance our product experience, please submit that feedback directly to our Product team!

Overview

If you have an idea that you believe would enhance our product experience - we wanna hear about it!
Check to see what we have on our roadmap and vote for the things that would help your workflow! Then submit any other ideas and let people vote on them as well!


User access

Admin, Manager, Guide, Task Owner, and Contributor users can submit and vote on product feedback!


How to Submit Product Feedback

There are two ways to submit product enhancement requests or ideas:


1. Check to see if your idea is already on our Road Map!

  1. Click on the SUPPORT buoy icon (bottom left corner)

  2. Select the PRODUCT ROAD MAP tab

  3. Check out the different tabs

    1. Under Consideration

    2. Planned

    3. Under Development

    4. In Beta

    5. Released

  4. If you see what you're looking for

    1. Click on the card

    2. Select how important it is to you

    3. Add details as to WHY this feature would help you

2. If your idea is not on the Product Roadmap!

Submit your feedback in our Community!

  • If you aren't already in the GUIDEcx Community check out how to join HERE.

In the GUIDEcx Community, users can take control of which ideas get emphasized!


Share your own ideas and also vote on ideas that other GUIDEcx users have submitted. Posting on the GUIDEcx Community also allows you to check in on how your idea is being received by other onboarders just like you!

Our Product team will monitor the feedback submitted here and items that receive significant votes in the community will be upgraded to portal cards on our Roadmap (seen above).

How do I Submit my feedback to the GUIDEcx Community?

  1. Click on "What's on your mind"

  2. Select the Product Feedback Space

  3. Enter a Title

  4. Describe the enhancement request and how it will benefit your team!

  5. Click Create Post


Best Practices

  • The more detail on how this idea would help you the better. That will give the team the detail they need to understand it. All feedback is reviewed and if the team has further questions, they will reach out to you directly.

  • Peruse the other ideas, what we have planned, and what is available for beta testing now (along with what has already been released). For anything you see, you can click on it for more details and cast your vote for it by selecting how important it is to you.

How do I get notified if the Product team has questions about my submission?

You will get an email notification from the GUIDEcx Community or our product team will reach out to you by email.

Will I be notified about status changes or progress on things I subscribe to on the roadmap?

Yes! Anytime there is an update or change you will be notified via email!

Can I see what other people have submitted?

Yes! Please read, vote on, and interact with other's ideas in the GUIDEcx Community. And let their ideas help get your creative juices flow as well!
