Navigating the Project Dashboard

Learn to browse and navigate your Project Dashboard.

Overview

Use the Project Dashboard to create projects, filter in projects you wish to view, and save these filters to easily access them in the future.


User Access

All GUIDEcx users (Admin, Managers, Guides, Task Owners, and Contributors) can (fill in the blank with what the article is about)


How to Navigate the Project Dashboard

Project Type Dropdown

  1. Provider Projects - projects where you are an internal team member

    • The default view for providers (like you!)

  2. Customer Projects - projects where you are a customer team member

    • The default view for your customers

  3. Third-Party Projects - Projects where you are a third-party team member

    • The default view for your third-party users

  4. Deleted Projects - Projects that have been "Soft Deleted"

    • There are 2 types of project Deletion

      • Delete Forever

      • Soft Delete

    • Soft deleted projects will be removed from the system in 30 days, you can remove them immediately by choosing delete forever.

Filters

  1. Applied Filters: The filters that are currently selected for what you are viewing

  2. My Filters: Saved filters that you can easily toggle between.

  3. Filter: This will open a drawer to allow you to choose which criteria you would like to view your projects by.

  4. Save to My Filters: Save the currently applied filters to your "My Filters" List.

Add Project

  1. Guides, Managers & Admins - Click here to create a project

  2. Read More about Creating Projects HERE

Toggle between the list & timeline view of projects

Search

Search by:

  1. Project Name

  2. Customer Name

Export

  1. Exporting your project list will email you a .csv file of your projects

  2. Click HERE to see the Project Export Details
