Overview

Your onboarding experience should be an extension of your brand. That's why we built a white labeled experience into our platform.

User Access

Only Admins and Managers can edit White Labeling in Company Settings.

How to Edit Colors and Logo

  1. Click on “Settings” from the three dot menu near your company name in the top-left hand corner of GUIDEc (you may need to expand the left hand nav bar to see this).

  2. Scroll down to White Labeling

  3. Edit the Hex Color

  4. Upload a Logo

  5. Click "Save White Labeling."

  6. Last, but not least, click the three dots in the top right corner to update your company logo.

Best Practices

  • Use a dark color to make buttons and text visible in-app. Light colors tend to make it hard to see text in the app.

  • For the logo, the recommended pixel height is 400X400px. You can make it as wide as you need for it to scale properly.

FAQs

My logo is squished, how can I make it look better?

In this case square logos get squished. Please use a rectangular logo if you have one - if you don't then we recommend reaching out to your design team to provide one to you!

Why is the text hard to read in the app since changing the hex code?

Chances are you selected a lighter color. Please try using a darker color from your brand palette.
