If you are going through a rebrand, congratulations! This article will help you know what you need to do to ensure your logo, color scheme, URL and emails all reflect your new brand.

Update your vanity URL: Vanity URLs enhance the current white-label experience, allowing you to add your company domain to any associated GUIDEcx URL. This can be updated by submitting a Support ticket with the requested change.

Update your email domain: Email Domains can be set to your brand, ensuring a consistent customer experience. Make sure all users have the new domain in their email. Follow these steps to complete the process with your IT team.

Update your white labeling: Just like Email Domain, your branding should reflect that of your company allowing GUIDE to be an extension of your brand not a variance from it. Follow these steps to update your logo and color scheme.

Update your Templates and Custom Email Templates with new branding: Review your Templates for references to previous names or URLs. You should also review your Custom Email Templates for needed verbiage, color, and logo changes.

Adjust SSO to reflect the new domain: Ensure your IT team revises SSO settings if your branding comes with a new directory and user permissions. Additional details about setting up SSO are included here. Contact your CSM if SSO is not included in your current package and you want to add this feature.
