Best Practices

  • Use the Template Filter to filter by specific templates. i.e. I want to see how my projects that use the "30 day Onboarding Template" are doing.

  • Use the Project Manager(s) Filter to filter by specific team members. i.e. I want to see how my team is doing in respect to completing projects on time.

  • Use the Project Tag(s) Filter to filter by specific tags. i.e. I want to see how all my GOLD VIP clients are doing.

  • Use a combination of all three to get a solid idea of which projects you should keep an eye on!

  • Make sure you and your team as populating the "Cash Value" field when creating projects. That will allow for accurate forecasting!
