Overview
Declutter and organize the project list by deleting any duplicate or test projects that are no longer needed or were created by mistake.
User Access
Admins and Managers can delete any project.
Guides can only delete projects they're invited to.
How to Delete a Project
Navigate to the Project you wish to Delete.
Click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Select Delete Project.
Choose Soft Delete or Delete Forever.
Soft Delete
Soft deleted projects will be removed from the system in 30 days and are recoverable within the 30-day timeframe. See how to delete forever below:
Delete Forever
Projects that are Deleted Forever are immediately removed from the system and are NOT recoverable. See how to delete forever below:
How to Recover a Soft Deleted Project
Navigate to your Project List.
Change your view to Deleted Projects.
Click on the Project you wish to recover.
Select Restore Project.

Only if the project was soft deleted less than 30 days ago.
Projects that were deleted forever, or were in soft delete for over 30 days are not able to be recovered/restored.
