We’re taking a customer-centric approach to this platform upgrade: we’ll help you transition to GUIDE 2.0 when the timing and functionality is right for your business. There will be no imminent forced nor rushed migrations. Teams using GUIDE 1.0 can continue their work with confidence as they start planning their migration to 2.0.
GUIDE 1.0 Sunset
GUIDE 1.0 will be supported until December 31, 2026
GUIDE 1.0 will remain in operation, but the team will not be adding any new feature enhancements
Any critical issues that may arise will be addressed
GUIDE 2.0 Migration Timeline
GUIDE 2.0 exclusively will receive new feature enhancements and is already evolving rapidly. The AI RAG status agent and new Home page are just the beginning. We will continue to release new features with:
Regular release notes highlighting new capabilities
Announcements as new features become available
Updated help articles and training videos
We are prioritizing integrations, reporting, and the efficiency of workflows that matter most to our customers.
Looking Ahead
Over the next 12 months, we are committed to giving every customer the time, resources, and features needed to migrate to and successfully run projects in GUIDE 2.0.
We plan to fully sunset the GUIDE 1.0 experience on December 31, 2026.
