This new version of GUIDEcx was created with two goals in mind:
Improved performance - GUIDE 2.0 has been built from the ground up on a new architecture, to provide users with a fast and seamless experience across the entire application.
Increased Efficiency - We've streamlined common activities, minimizing clicks to make navigating, editing, and executing in GUIDEcx easier than ever.
User Access & Rollout
GUIDE 2.0 will be progressively rolled out to all GUIDEcx organizations between August 4th and August 29th. You'll receive an in-app notification the moment it's live in your instance.
You can experience new functionality only for new projects created in GUIDE 2.0.
How do I create a new project in GUIDE 2.0?
Click the "Switch to 2.0" button at the top of the Projects page
Quick create project or create a project from a template
Not seeing your templates in GUIDE 2.0? Reach out to Support to migrate legacy templates.
*You can click "Back to 1.0" to return to the legacy experience. Projects created in GUIDE 2.0 will not be available in the legacy experience.
Admins, Managers, and Guides can create new projects.
Task Owners and Contributors can see projects they've been invited to.
