Integrations & Reporting - GUIDE 2.0

What do I need to know about integrations and reporting with GUIDE 2.0?

Integrations Overview

Existing Recipes and API calls in GUIDE 2.0

Similar to the experience your teams will have in GUIDEcx where they will initially land in GUIDE 1.0 and can continue working there without issue, all existing recipes, automations and API calls will continue to work with GUIDE 1.0 and you will later have the option to adjust them to GUIDE 2.0 endpoints.

To create GUIDE 2.0 automations, new recipes can be built by installing our new SKD, or existing recipes can be modified by upgrading to our new SDK and then modifying the recipe to use the new GUIDE 2.0 endpoints. Once the SDK is updated, the recipes will continue to work as they do today, but you will then have the enhanced opportunity to make GUIDE 2.0 automations. This is something that can be done by your team, but if you would like scoping from our Professional Services team, please reach out to your CSM for details.

Reporting Overview

Similar to the experience you'll have with integrations and projects in GUIDEcx, reporting will continue to be supported for GUIDE 1.0 projects. We have new datasets coming to combine data from 1.0 and 2.0 projects as well.

These datasets will become be the primary feed for any reporting needs. With Report Builder, you can update your custom reports to these datasets. If you have had custom reports built for you by our Professional Services team or Certified Partners, please reach out to your CSM to talk through details of updating those reports with the new datasets.
