FAQs

I need to run a report for my team and GUIDEreports doesn't have everything I need. Where can I get that data?

We know how critical reporting is for your teams. All your data is safe and continues to be fully available under the Reports (Legacy) tab - all your reports and data is found there.

(It's also worth noting that you can alway try building your own reports with the widgets that are available in GUIDEreports - just so you can see what you're in for 😉)

I'm not seeing how to export reports. Is that expected?

Yes - If exporting reports is important please share that in our community!

I'm not seeing any 1.0 data in the GUIDEreports. Is that expected?

No - we just added the ability to see 1.0 data! You should be seeing data from GUIDEcx 1.0 as well as 2.0!

I expected more standard reports. Are there plans to make the standard offering more robust?

YES! The initial release of this feature focuses on the core use cases of project and task management. Our development team is currently working on additional reports and widgets around Time Tracking, Capacity, Templates, etc., which means you will continue to see more reports/widgets over time. We plan to iterate on this experience to offer the most valuable insights we can to you and your team.

Please review how to send us your feedback below so we can hear what the people want and potentially add it to future iterations of GUIDEreporting.

I want to customize the available filters and widgets. Is that possible?

YES! This is the type of feedback that we want to hear! Please review how to send us your feedback below so we can review it and potentially add it to future enhancements!

I want to see what kind of access is granted to each license type. Is that documented somewhere?

YES! You can see here what each license type is able to do with GUIDEreports here.
