What are Availability Types?

Availability types act as "Location Requirements" for work. If a task requires a user to be "Onsite," the system will use these types to filter out users who are currently marked as "Remote."

Setup Instructions

  1. Access Availability Settings:

  • Navigate to Resource Management > Availability tab.

  1. Create a New Working State:

  • Click + Add Availability in the top right.

  • Name: Enter a descriptive state (e.g., "In-Office," "Onsite," "Client Location").

  • Color: Click the color square to assign a unique color. This color will be used to represent this state on the global Resource Calendar.

  • Click Add availability.

Editing Availability

  • To rename a type, simply click directly on the text of the name in the list. The field becomes editable immediately.

  • Click away or press Enter to save the change.

Deleting Availability

  • Click the Trash Can icon on the far right.

  • A confirmation modal will appear. Confirm deletion to remove this as an option from the Calendar.

Important Note - If an Availability Type is in use you cannot delete it.
