Tempo AI’s Project Performance feature uses artificial intelligence to evaluate a project's overall health and success. Once a project is marked as "Done," Tempo AI performs an overnight analysis based on eight key criteria.
How it works:
Navigate to the Projects tab in the left-hand menu.
Select a project that has been marked as Done.
Note: The Project Performance analysis only runs after a project is finished and takes approximately one night to generate.
2. Access the Overview Tab
Once inside the project, ensure you’re on the Overview tab.
Scroll down to find the Project Performance card.
3. Review the Analysis
The Project Performance card provides a comprehensive summary and detailed scores for:
Responsiveness: How quickly the team addressed tasks and communications.
Professional & Friendly Attitude: The tone and quality of interactions.
Communication Effectiveness: How clearly information was shared.
Data Hygiene: The accuracy and completeness of project records.
Time Tracking: Consistency and precision in logging hours.
Professional Services Transparency: Openness about project processes and deliverables.
Project Management Leadership: The effectiveness of the project lead.
The Green Jacket: A special recognition for exceptional performance.
4. Enabling the Project Performance Card
If you don’t see the Project Performance card, follow these steps:
On the Overview tab, click Manage Cards in the top right corner.
Find Project Performance in the list and click the Checkmark to enable it.
Close the Manage Cards window.
