4/3/2026 Updates

New Features:

  • Enhanced our "Warnings" feature and fine tuned the "Late Task" warning to exclude tasks marked "Not Applicable" from showing as "Overdue"

Bug Fixes:

  • Project status changes don't update the updatedAt project attribute in API 3.0

3/27/2026 Updates

New Features:

  • New Bulk Actions within Project Plan - Adjust Start Dates, End Dates, or Durations - Help Article coming shortly

  • Enhancement: Single project delete option in project kebab menu

  • Enhancement: Highlighting the drawer's active entity in the row for templates

  • Enhancement: Added the "Resend Invite" flow to the kebab menu in the Team page

  • Enhancement: Starting subtasks will now update the parent task if it's not started

Bug Fixes:

  • Roles for Third Party Tasks populated with Customer Roles rather than Internal Roles

  • Project Progress Bar doesn't update when using "Bulk Status Update" - unless you refresh the page

  • Tasks marked as "STUCK" via email do not notify the PM of the task status change

  • "Stuck" reason not showing on Plan task cards

  • Inconsistent UI on Overview page when moving from Pending to On Time status

  • Milestones and tasks shuffling when certain phase templates were being added

3/20/2026 Updates

New Features:

  • New permission so new customers/workspaces use GUIDEcx 2.0 exclusively and don't see Legacy experience

  • Added the "Forecasted End Date" to the Project List column options - includes the ability to sort by Forecasted End Date

  • Enhanced our "Warnings" feature and fine tuned the "Low Engagement" warning to consider more Task and Message activities that register as "Activity". This is also reflected in the "Last Updated" column on the Project List.

Bug Fixes:

  • Users were unable to delete certain templates linked to deleted parent templates

  • Project CSAT responses were duplicating in the report

  • UI bug where status indicators bled through to the surface even after hiding them with the horizontal scroll

3/13/2026 Updates

New Features:

  • New "History" tab (Internal beta). This replaces our Activity Log and now includes details about email deliverability. This provides a more streamlined experience to have details contained directly within the project rather than having to reference a report. In conjunction with this release will not be building the Email Deliverability Report in 2.0. Plans are to release this GA in the coming weeks after internal testing is completed.

Bug Fixes:

  • Task Reminder Emails weren't properly displaying merge tags

  • Adjusted permission/restrictions to hide internal custom fields

  • Adjusted permissions for Manager users when navigating to the Details tab in 2.0

  • Phase and Project-level attachments weren't transferring to projects when using those templates to create projects

  • Improved performance to ensure that all projects display properly

  • Updated the "Start Project" flow on the Project List to match the experience when directly in a project

3/6/2026 Updates

New Features:

  • New Usage Analytics (GA) - While not customer facing our new analytics tool will assist us in validating workflows and producing a better user experience. This will be leveraged by our Product, Engineering and Support teams to provide you with a better product.

  • User Attributes (Internal beta) - Get more granular with Project Roles and improve task matching to ensure that qualified users are assigned the proper tasks. This is available to providers using Resource Management. Help Documentation is being created and will be available with the GA release.

  • Work Availability (Internal beta) - While similar to User Attributes, this focuses specifically on matching a user and a task on a specific type of availability. A classic use case is onsite implementations. You can now match up specific tasks to specific users that are available to perform that work at a designated time. This is available to providers using Resource Management. Help Documentation is being created and will be available with the GA release.

  • Calendar (Internal beta) - Visualization of an internal user's schedule and the ability to set Work Availability for individual users.

  • Holidays (Internal beta) - This feeds into our Dispatching Engine and limits the availability for all users for those days. While it doesn't yet affect the execution of GUIDEcx and tasks can still be due on those days, a future enhancement is coming to prohibit that.

Bug Fixes:

  • Resource Management 2.0 was failing to load for certain users

  • Adjusted permissions related to view Task Details based on task visibility settings

  • Task Status Trigger (Polling) not triggering in API v3

  • Subtasks are unresponsive and you can't access its details

  • Task Custom Fields aren't saving quickly in 2.0, was only saving after refresh

  • Checklist view isn't updating when navigating between tasks

  • Improved create project flow when using a template

  • Due dates are not aligning with dependencies

  • Task Assignment drop down would fail

  • Ignore orphaned dependencies in create project from template

  • Task statuses not updating consistently or reverting to previous status in 2.0

  • Searching via metadata with "operator":"EXISTS" throws 500 error

  • Fix bad data related to earlier project creation

2/27/2026 Updates

New Features:

  • Moved Task-level Custom Fields to their own tab within the Task Drawer

Bug Fixes:

  • Users were receiving an error when impersonating a customer with Full Project view in 2.0

  • Due Date being added to tasks was updating all previous dates to today's date

  • Unable to navigate into Projects from 2.0 List view after Workspace switch

  • Milestones added via API get added in random order

  • Customer and Internal roles not updating in real time when responsibility is changed in templates in 2.0

  • "Remove Role" from project will remove user attached to role in 2.0

2/20/2026 Updates

2/13/2026 Updates

New Features:

  • New "Details" tab within the Project

  • Fully Loaded Cost now available in the Members tab of Resource Management

  • Cash Value field for 2.0 now exists within the Details tab. Field can be toggled on and off on the Project List page using the "Columns" button.

  • Billing Profile now exists in 2.0 - Core experience is the same as Legacy, but administration for them is accessed in the Time Tracking screen. Selection of the Profile for an individual project happens within the "Details" tab in the project.

Bug Fixes:

  • Portal shows a task is blocked even though dependency has been met

  • Plan view wasn't allowing users to bulk un-assign users from tasks

  • "Failed to Delete Project" errors thrown when trying to delete a project

  • Milestones were updating with previously viewed milestone data

  • Fix pooling trigger not working in Workato connector

  • "Task Status Trigger (Polling) not triggering in API V3

  • Certain users not receiving project welcome email

2/6/2026 Updates

New Features:

  • Users can fulfill multiple roles on projects in 2.0

  • Users receiving "Failed to Delete Role" when attempting to delete roles that were included on projects

  • Newly created custom fields are not appearing in the column menu on the Project list page

Bug Fixes:

  • Library was allowing for the edit of dependencies throughout the Library rather than at the root level

  • "On time" filtering is showing projects in 1.0 with different statuses than what was filtered

  • Create + Run ETL job to sync time entries

  • Resolved some logout issues

  • Some users weren't receiving @mention emails

  • Templatized milestones with tasks couldn't be reordered when used in another template

  • Resolved issue relating to Email Deliverability report not being accessible for certain orgs

  • Updating Time Entries in 2.0 tasks doesn't default to the user that is being adjusted

  • Messages were duplicating
