We recommend that everyone start with the Trailhead Training and that Admins and Managers in GUIDEcx then take the Cartographer Course as a guide to building their first templates.

Course Descriptions
Trailhead Training
The Trailhead Training is your first step to getting to the summit of GUIDEcx. All other training (live and online) will build off of this course. Start here to learn the fundamentals of GUIDEcx and how it works!
The Trailhead Training will take around 30 minutes to complete.
Cartographer Course
The Cartographer Course guides Admins and Managers in GUIDEcx through the template building process in GUIDEcx step-by-step. Learn how to build a map for your customer to follow!
The Cartographer Course contains 30 minutes of video content, broken down into 6 chapters, giving students a chance to apply what they've learned to their own templates.
GUIDEcx Masterclasses
Starting April 10, 2023 Our Live Learning Guide, Kimberley Francis, hosts three free GUIDEcx Masterclasses every week! You can view the upcoming Masterclass schedule and view previous sessions in Guide University.
30-minute classes will help you strengthen your onboarding process at a granular level. Join her and other GUIDEcx users to lay the foundations to take your team to the Top!
Project Team Builder
Learn best practices to getting value from the Project Team Builder. We made assigning team members to a customer project even easier! It's one small step for GUIDEcx, one giant leap for Customer Onboarding.
This course is for Admins and will take 10 Minutes to take.
Recipe Builder
Leverage the flexibility of GUIDEcx's Recipe Builder to integrate GUIDEcx with your existing systems. From installing prebuilt recipes to building your first recipe from scratch, this course will cover the basics of Recipe Builder!
This Class is for Admins and contains over 20 minutes of video content.
