User access: All GUIDEcx users (Admin, Managers, Guides, Task Owners, and Contributors) can download and share course certificates.

How to Download your Course Certificate(s):

Follow these steps to download your course certificate(s):

Click on your Name on the top right corner and select MY ACCOUNT

Select Certificates from the left-hand menu.

This will take you to the Certificates page of the My Account Dashboard

Find the certificate you want to download and click View.

Click the Download PDF button on the bottom of the page

2. Click on your Name on the top right corner and select MY ACCOUNT 

3. Select Certificates from the left-hand menu.
 
 This will take you to the Certificates page of the My Account Dashboard 
4. Find the certificate you want to download and click View.

5. Click the Download PDF button on the bottom of the page

In addition to downloading the PDF you can copy a sharable link or share it to social media.
