Overview

Keeping up with the agile environment and dynamic processes is pivotal for robust project delivery to your customers. Once a project is active, it may become necessary to make changes to it.

User Access

Admin, Managers, and Guides can make edits to project settings and details.

How to Edit a Project

  1. Select the three dots on the top far right corner of any project page

  2. Select "Project Details"

  3. From here, choose to edit the Project Details, PM Note, Sharing Options, Customer Info, and Tags by using the tabs at the top.

Best Practices

  • Planned End Dates should only be changed once agreed upon by both the Customer & Internal teams due to circumstances out of the party's control. End dates are tied to reporting which will feed your decision-making process as you spin up new projects. Constant changing of the end date will provide inaccurate data from which to operate.

  • Use Project Status "On Hold" if unforeseen circumstances arise which may affect a project's end date.

  • Create and use tags to label projects to provide a high-level glimpse into important project information. Tag visibility can be toggled on and off for internal/customer view.
