Overview
We only recommend unsubscribing from all emails system wide when you've mastered GUIDEcx and dialed in your notifications. If you consider yourself a pro and are confident that nothing will slip through the cracks, then read on.
If you unsubscribe, you will not receive any email notifications. This is for those who live in GUIDEcx. You've been warned ⚠️
User Access
Admin, Managers, & Guides will maintain the same visibility with customizing email notifications. Task Owners, and Contributors will have a slightly different customization experience format.
How to Customize My Notifications:
For Admin, Manager, & Guides
Navigate to the 3 "dots" found in the upper corner of the left hand side of the navigation menu alongside your company name.
Select the first option; "Profile Settings" which will open up a pop-up window.
Navigate to "Notifications" and utilize the various categories to customize which notifications you will receive.
To stop receiving emails all together, simply scroll to the bottom of the list (for Admins, Managers, & Guides) and check the box "unsubscribe from all emails system wide," and hit save.
For Contributors, Task Owners & Customers:
Navigate to the 3 "dots" found in the upper corner of the left hand side of the navigation menu alongside your company name.
Select the first option; "Profile Settings" which will open up a pop-up window.
Navigate to "Notifications" and utilize the various categories to customize which notifications you will receive.
Scroll to the bottom to "Task due" and "Project Overview" notification options, and choose from these options to receive email reminders: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or "Off," and hit save.
Best Practices
Head into an email notification that you have already received and click the hyper link (highlighted in red in the example screen shot) to "update your email preferences" and customize them to your liking.

No, when you "unsubscribe" from all emails system wide you should not receive any notification emails; but will instead be able to view new @mentions when logged in.
