Overview

Say hello to the new and improved Project Table! Now you can customize your project table exactly how you want it!

We know different users care about different views and it's not a one-size-fits-all. Now each column is dynamic and you can hide/show and reorder columns exactly how you want.


User Access

Admins, Managers, Guides, Task Owners, Contributors, Customers, and Third Parties can all customize their project view.


How to Hide or Show Column Headers

  1. Click on the Columns button found on the top right of the project table

  2. Toggle the column headers on/off of the columns you'd like to see/hide

  3. That will now be your default view!


How to Reorder Column Headers

  1. Click on the column header you'd like to move

  2. Drag it to the position you'd like to see it in

  3. That will now be your default view!


Best Practices

  • The projects page has a horizontal scroll, so the best practice is to move columns that are critical to your operations further to the left to avoid having to scroll.

  • You can always edit your view depending on your needs!


FAQs

Is this table customizability available on all tables i.e. template page?

Yes!

Is the view I create available to my whole organization or is it available to just me?

The view you customize is just for you! There is not an "org view" and you cannot share your view with others.
