Overview
While you're not able to edit the html of email notifications, you are able to edit the content of your messages. This article explores how you can edit your experience overview, project manager note, and individual task instructions!
Keep in mind that formatting is available in all text boxes you'll encounter in GUIDEcx. Formatting your text is a great way to communicate processes and steps you'd like your customer to follow.

There are two places where your experience overview text can be edited or changed before you send project invitations to your customers. GUIDEcx will always use the primary template's experience overview for your project invitation template.
Project Creation Process
While creating a project, you can change any text before you invite your customer to the project on the fourth step.
Post-Project Creation
You can edit your project at any time by following these setps:
Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner of your project
Select Edit Templates
Edit the Experience Overview Text there
Your "Project Invitation" email will look like this
Project Manager Note Edits
By default, a project overview email is sent to a project’s team members every Monday morning while the project is active. Project managers can personalize a note that appears at the top of this email in the “Edit Project” pop-up menu, under “PM Note”.
Your "PM Note" email will look like this
Note: Project managers––remember to edit this note throughout the duration of your project to keep team members up-to-date.
Task Instructions Edits
You can edit your task instructions during or after task creation in both templates and projects.
When creating or editing a task, navigate to the “Instruction” box. Whatever is typed here will be sent to the task assignee when an assignment is made and all task dependencies are met.
