FAQs

When do I use a brand?

When you want to onboard a customer using a different company!

How do I use a brand?

When setting up a project, you can select a Brand to represent. The project will have the select brand's logo and color scheme instead of your default company logo and colors.

I turned the email setting on, but when the customer replies from the email they see my email address from the parent company, not the brand. Is that expected behavior?

Yes. This setting only changes the display name. Emails will still route to the right project and email inboxes. However, if a customer looks at the email recipients when they go to respond to a project, they will see your real email address.
