Overview

This brand new standard report helps to support one of the key roles and personas within GUIDEcx, the project manager. The PM Command Center report fulfills two primary functions: data aggregation and accountability.

Data aggregation: Individual PM’s can self-manage and inspect their work. The dashboard enables more specific filtering and drilling down into project and task details, but at first gives a high-level view that paints a clear picture of how a PM is managing their projects.

Accountability: The report provides a great tool for Admins and Managers to use during one-on-one conversations with the project managers that they manage. This report can be the catalyst for discussions around process improvement or projects that might be at risk. Having clickable links directly within the dashboard provides managers with the flexibility they need to investigate details without having to navigate away from the report.

User Access

All internal users can access this report (Admins, Managers, Guides, Task Owners, Contributors).

Understanding the Project Manager Command Center

By default, the project manager command center will display aggregated data across all projects and tasks. Use the "Project Manager Name" filter to display data for an individual PM.
