Program Management Dashboard

Status Change Reasons
Have you ever had to answer to why a project deadline shifted, and didn’t have the information to do so? We've got you!
When project status is updated to Late, On Hold or Canceled, users will be prompted to add a reason why. These reasons/reason groups are customizable and reporting is available to help you identify common causes of project delays.

Integrations Marketplace
The Integrations Marketplace is here; your one-stop-shop for purpose-built integrations to your sales, success, and communication applications. Learn more about available integrations, manage connections, and self-onboard.

CSAT Tool
Capture and capitalize on customer sentiment with our new CSAT tool!
Elect to automatically send customer satisfaction (CSAT) surveys at the completion of a milestone or project within GUIDEcx. This can be configured in project and milestone settings.
Our pre-built survey takes the pain out of gathering customer feedback, and aggregated reporting makes it easy to identify areas for improvement.
SharePoint Integration
The GUIDEcx + Sharepoint integration will connect GUIDEcx projects to a SharePoint list, automatically creating new tasks in GUIDEcx when a list item is added.
Jira Integration V2
We've added new functionality to our Jira integration (v2)!
Push GUIDEcx projects to Jira as projects or epics
Sync Jira issues into GUIDEcx as new tasks when tagged

Multiple Functions for Resource Management
You've been asking us for this one! Tasks within templates or projects can now require multiple “functions”.
For example, Task "A" needs someone that speaks Spanish and does Email Marketing. With the ability to add multiple “functions”, you can narrow in on the resources in your org's workspace that best meet this need.

Template Analysis Dashboard
Guided insights within the template experience!
Template reporting is now available within the template experience. An "Analysis" tab has been added in Templates > (Select a template). The Template Analysis Dashboard displays all tasks in a template, key fields from the Template Analysis Report like Tasks with Dependency and Tasks with Descriptions, and includes four new data fields:
Active
Template Completed Count
Expected Duration
Average Duration

Task Watch List
Within Global Tasks, users can now filter by “Tasks I’m watching” to see the tasks they have been made a watcher on. This filter can be used in conjunction with other filters.
