We've been hard at work making GUIDEcx even better. We cant wait to share with you what we've been up to. Also, a huge shoutout to everyone that helped get this release across the finish line. Each product release is the combined result of amazing feedback from you (our partners), thought leadership and intentional design from our product team, and incredible ingenuity from our engineering department.

The Project Team Builder is now available to all Providers who have advanced Resource Management! This feature makes the project creation process easier, faster, and more organized. Here are some key benefits:

We've analyzed thousands of onboarding projects and compiled a list of what the best on-boarders are doing to be successful. We then created training courses around that information.

Now you and any other GUIDEcx user can access those courses in Guide-U from within GUIDEcx to become a certified Guide.

If you have a Salesforce or Jira GUIDEcx integration, then moving forward you will be alerted if an error occurs with the integration.

If something odd pops up, then you can loop in your Salesforce or Jira Admin to fix it and they'll know exactly what to do.

Our Beta program is designed to get new and exciting functionality into your hands as quickly as possible. It is a fantastic way for us to gather feedback and for you to get a taste of what is coming next. If you are interested in using any of our beta features, please contact your CSM.

We're giving you another layer of organization to make your templates and projects even more robust. Task Groups will allow you to combine multiple tasks into a single deliverable that lives within a milestone.

Not only that, but PM's will be able to easily track the progress of this group of tasks, receive email notifications, make assignments in individual tasks inside of the Task Group, track time and capacity against the tasks in a Task Group, and eventually set a Task Group as a dependency for other tasks in a project (hello multiple dependencies 👋 ). If you've ever thought you needed sub-tasks or sub-milestones then this is for you.

Now when uploading files, you will see a progress bar and receive visual feedback about the progress of each upload. It is also easier to manage multiple uploads simultaneously.

Additionally, we have increased the upload file size limit from 30MB to 500MB for each file uploaded! (Note: The total storage limit for your organization based on pricing package remains unchanged. If you have additional questions please contact your CSM)

We've been working on the Jira integration to streamline the experience and make it even more flexible and robust.

Our Open API continues to get better. Our goal is to make getting data in and out of GUIDEcx as easy as possible. For additional details visit our API documentation here.

When creating projects, Providers with Advanced Time Tracking no longer have to turn on the toggle labeled ‘Calculate Implementation Profitability’ to use billing or see profit calculations. We are eliminating this toggle, so now the billing types will be visible for selection on every project.

We have made some significant changes to the infrastructure of GUIDEcx to improve performance. As a result of these changes, your notification count IN app will be reset to 0. Rest assured, all emails associated with these notification were still sent. We will be making these changes today at 5:15 pm MT. After these changes are made in app notification will resume working as normal.
