Best Practices
Customize your project plan to be specific to your customer
Example - If your customer is Nike - Instead of a task that's named "Schedule training session" you could change it to " Nike Schedules Training Session"
Verify project dates & overall project creation looks accurate BEFORE inviting customers. That way if you do need to start over or change something you can do that before the customer lays eyes on it.
Utilize Task Tags by filtering & then bulk-assigning internal and third-party tasks to the appropriate team members
Consider having an initial customer task that instructs your point of contact to assign the customer tasks to their team members accordingly.
When you add your point of contact to your project team you can select "Assign user all customer tasks" which will assign your point of contact to each customer task.
Then you can have their first task be to reassign their tasks to their appropriate team members.
